July 8, 2021 Women Excelling Monthly Meeting
Women Excelling is proud to present Katherine Ketter, Senior Statewide Manager, Telephonic Workforce Operations at UPMC Health Plan. Kate will share her story of promotion, hard work, and practical tools for taking missteps in your career and turning them into stepping stones for success. She will discuss how she has used failure as a springboard to career accomplishments and will provide the six keys to transforming your career.
Kate believes it is important to lean in to your own self-improvement, as well as the personal development of your team. Leaning in to your team will allow for diversity of thought and thinking to new challenges. Many female leaders fear they won’t be good enough, smart enough, or strong enough to overcome their own problems. We need to lean in to ourselves to create opportunities for our future.
Most people see themselves in the middle between success on one end and failure on the other. We do everything we can to move toward success. But, what if you reconfigured that model? In this presentation, you will learn a new perspective on your success. You will learn the six keys to turning missteps to success stepping stones and walk away with a new framework from which to achieve new accomplishment in your career. You will be able to take this model and implement it with your teams and businesses.
